Sr. Clinical Analyst

Job Summary Specialty Networks, a division of Cardinal Health, creates clinical & economic value for independent specialty providers in urology, gastroenterology & rheumatology. The Sr. Clinical Analyst will manage and oversee member accounts using a proprietary data analytics tool to identify patients with urologic disease states, assist private practice urology groups with patient data analysis, registry, and report production, and train member accounts on best practices for data analysis and collection. Responsibilities Help private practice urology groups analyze patient data, identify patients, maintain data registry and produce reports for presentation to physician groups. Manage and oversee member accounts utilizing the proprietary data analytics tool for patient identification. Teach member accounts on best practices for data analysis and collection within the tool to ensure end‑user success. Contact patients and practices via phone to make recommendations based on data insights and patient qualifications. Demonstrate customer service strategies to achieve the organization’s goal of providing quality comprehensive urological care. Qualifications LPN or RN highly preferred. 2‑4 years of working experience, preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Urology navigation experience highly preferred; experience working within urology required. Attention to detail and strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of healthcare-related computer applications, including practice management and electronic health records. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Professionalism, compassion, and caring at all times when dealing with others. Strict confidentiality of patient, physician, staff, and corporate information. Clear, concise, effective, and timely oral and written communication; excellent listening skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a professional perspective. Expectations Apply working knowledge of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks. Work on projects of moderate scope and complexity. Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and take action to resolve them. Apply judgment within defined parameters. Receive general guidance; may receive more detailed instruction on new projects. Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $68,500 – $88,000.
