We're looking for an experienced motivated Automotive Service Manager to oversee our service department and reconditioning operations. If you're a hands on leader who understands automotive repair and reconditioning, enjoys working and developing a team, takes great pride in getting vehicles retail-ready, we would like to hear from you!

What Will You Do:

Manage daily service department operations
Oversea vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and reconditioning
Coordinate, Communicate with technicians, parts personnel, outside vendors, and our customers
Prioritize repairs and ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
Review repair estimates for internal vehicles and customer vehicles
Maintain quality standards and ensure vehicles are properly repaired
Help manage inventory of parts and supplies
Schedule and supervise technicians and reconditioning personnel
Administrative responsibilities with pricing, invoicing, all paperwork, computer systems and PA Inspection record keeping
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized shop environment
Works closely with sales and management to keep inventory and customer cars moving

What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and common repairs
Automotive service, technician experience (A Plus) or repair management experience
Ability to manage multiple vehicles, multitask, and priorities
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Team mindset and goal oriented
Dealership or used car reconditioning experience is a plus
Strong Performance
