Temp-to-Hire Staff Accountant - Property Accounting | Palm Beach County, FL (Onsite) |
A growing commercial real estate organization is seeking a Staff Accountant with prior property accounting experience to support an expanding portfolio and new property acquisitions. This temp-to-hire opportunity will focus on month-end close, journal entries and accruals, general ledger and bank reconciliations, property-level financial reporting, and onboarding new properties; MRI experience and intermediate Excel skills are preferred. Candidates should bring at least 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in commercial real estate or property management, with hands-on property accounting experience required; Bachelors degree in Accounting.
