Operations Coordinator

To support the clinical operations team, the full-time remote Operations Coordinator will manage the onboarding process for new practices and provider organizations, ensuring efficient service delivery and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Key responsibilities Complete tasks to process orders from provider sales for new and returning clients, ensuring data accuracy in downstream reporting Prepare and run updates on all open onboarding accounts, presenting status reports to Clinical Operations leadership Collaborate with various departments to resolve provider onboarding queries and facilitate external implementation meetings Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or operations BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience Demonstrated ability to influence without authority Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Salesforce and applicable software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
