The role involves collaborating with team members, maintaining operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations and an understanding of operational workflows
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration
- Analytical Skills xhyhwjd for problem-solving and decision-making
- Customer Service experience to support patient satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare operations is a plus
