Operations Associate

This opportunity is for an Operations Associate who will provide administrative assistance and operational support while working closely with the operations team lead, the CEO, and other members of senior leadership. The role is designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling a mix of operational, administrative, and communication-based responsibilities in a fully remote environment. Status: Full-time Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT Compensation Annual Pay: $38,000 - $45,000 per year What You’ll Do Provide operational support to the Director of Operations and the Operations team. Contact customers regarding accounts receivable. Provide general administrative and organizational support to internal team members, including the CEO. Perform routine data entry and generate reports. Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, virtual team events, and travel arrangements. Answer telephone inquiries and manage email and Slack communications for senior leadership. Qualifications Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience using Google Docs and Google Sheets. Patience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations with multiple, and sometimes competing, priorities. Ability to recognize when additional information is needed and ask thoughtful questions. Initiative and adaptability. Ability to anticipate potential problems and propose practical solutions. A good sense of humor. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in the United States. The expected work schedule is 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
