About the Role Arch is hiring an Operations Specialist to join our team. You'll take ownership of detail-intensive , high-trust workflows that support day-to-day operations, working closely with senior members of our team. This role offers a ground-floor look at how a fast-growing financial services company operates, and is a strong fit for a recent graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a broad operational foundation . What You’ll Do Support core operational workflows in accordance with internal policies and procedures, including client onboarding, collateral withdrawals, verifications, and loan payments Review, process, and track time-sensitive requests, and work with engineering to automate these processes Maintain accurate records and support reconciliation across internal systems Conduct and lead client verification processes for new and existing clients in line with Arch’s security procedures and onboarding process.
