Podcast Production & Content Repurposing Expert

About Us: The Digital Marketing Collective is a full-service online business management and marketing agency helping coaches, consultants, and service providers grow sustainable businesses through content, systems, and strategy. We manage multi-platform visibility for our clients and are in need of a podcast expert to join the team, as our previous expert has moved on to other things. We’re looking for a Podcast Production & Content Repurposing Expert who can handle podcast editing, publishing, and repurposing into social content. This is a subcontractor role with flat-rate monthly packages, not hourly. PLEASE NOTE: this is ONLY available to those in the United States. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO AGENCIES PLEASE. What You'll Do: Edit raw podcast audio (up to 8 episodes/month depending on package). Clean up sound (remove background noise, ums, filler words, etc.). Add intro/outro music and ads where needed. Export and upload to podcast hosting platforms (Buzzsprout, Libsyn, etc.). Create audiograms and quote graphics for each episode. Write SEO-optimized show notes and upload with each episode. (Higher tiers) repurpose content into emails/social posts, manage guest coordination, and provide performance reports. Flat Rate Packages You’ll Be Assigned: Package 3: $1,000/month — Up to 8 episodes, custom thumbnail for each episode, 4 audiograms per episode, 6 quote graphics per episode, full repurposing strategy (email + social), guest management assistance, weekly performance reports. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in podcast editing & production. Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (Buzzsprout, Libsyn, Spotify for Podcasters, etc.). Strong writing skills for SEO-optimized show notes. Experience creating audiograms & graphics (Headliner, Canva, etc.). Reliable and consistent — able to meet deadlines with high‑quality work. Bonus: guest management + analytics experience. Ongoing monthly retainer work (as needed). Growth opportunities with larger clients and add‑on services (podcast outreach, media placements, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
