Looking to build real-world business experience and develop skills that can translate across sales, marketing, account management, and leadership?

We’re hiring an Entry Level Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, support client growth initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition and relationship management.

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. No previous business development experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective customers and introduce client products and services
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Assist with new customer acquisition and account growth
• Support sales and marketing initiatives
• Learn client offerings and communicate them accurately
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
