About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for Investor Relations to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive investor relations strategy. This pivotal role involves managing the company's current investor relations agency, serving as the primary contact for the investment community, and leading proactive investor outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex scientific, clinical, and business information into clear and compelling communications, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, and supporting the executive team in various corporate activities. A strong background in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance, particularly within the biotech, pharma, or life sciences sectors, is essential. Applicants for the Chief of Staff for Investor Relations position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA, CFA, or advanced scientific degree being a plus. A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience is required, with a preference for those who have worked at a publicly traded biotech or pharmaceutical company.
