Restaurant General ManagerI am hiring on behalf of a luxury hotel in Chicago for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of the property's flagship dining operations.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or high-end hospitality environments, with proven experience leading a busy restaurant operation and developing high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality standards.Recruit, train, coach, and develop the restaurant team.Oversee service standards, staffing, scheduling, and operational performance.Drive revenue, profitability, and overall financial performance.Work closely with culinary and hotel leadership to ensure seamless food and beverage operations.Maintain strong relationships with guests and create a consistently elevated dining experience.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.Support events, private dining, and other hotel F&B initiatives as required.Ideal Candidate:Previous Restaurant General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience.Luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or fine-dining background preferred.Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and labour management.Proven ability to lead and develop a large, service-focused team.Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.Professional, hands-on leadership style with a strong attention to detail.
