Operations Director

Role Summary The Operations Director is responsible for leading a team to exceed guest expectations. Duties & Responsibilities Lead a team of team leaders during the entirety of a shift Ensure their team works at a pace to maintain the restaurant's established speed of service guidelines Ensure security protocols are followed Hold team members accountable to adhering to policies and procedures Ensure their team maintains overall facility cleanliness Address guest issues or restaurant problems that may arise Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect Adhere to all Company policies and procedures Ensure proper stewardship of the facility, equipment, cleaning supplies, and tools Train Team Members and provide individual feedback Implement new rollouts and initiatives Use business metrics including, but not limited to, food cost, labor, and guest satisfaction to identify opportunity and implement systems for improvement Qualifications & Skills Previous leadership experience preferred Customer-friendly demeanor and willingness to serve Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with an outgoing, friendly, and patient attitude Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency Able to think ahead and anticipate problemsAvailable to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time Demonstrates unquestionable integrity Can self-start, take initiative, and be flexible Can think strategically and be creative Advantages of Position Competitive Wages & Benefits Flexible Schedules Closed Sundays Advancement Opportunities Fun, Energetic Work Environment Food Discounts Paid Time Off (after service period) Scholarship Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
