Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license (or eligibility) in the state
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly valued
• Background working in schools or pediatric settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively support students with a range of speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver speech and language therapy, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate students’ academic and functional progress
• Maintain clear and compliant documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations, advocating for student success
• Provide resources and support to families and educators to promote carryover of strategies
