Senior Tech Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities Lead your team in overseeing and elevating the end-to-end candidate lifecycle through the recruiting and selection process Provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams Participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience Command a dual-scope leadership function: leading a high-performing team of senior recruiters and the sourcing function for Director-level and above (Director+) tech talent Leverage advanced reporting mechanisms, market intelligence, and predictive data to optimize delivery, operationalize strategy, and secure tech talent required to fuel growth Align talent acquisition initiatives directly with business-critical objectives Establish rigorous execution frameworks Design, implement, and leverage advanced reporting mechanisms and talent analytics Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three At least 4 years of experience in Client Management At least 2 years of people management experience Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred) Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification (preferred) 7+ years of experience in HR strategy or Talent Acquisition or a combination (preferred) 7+ years of experience in Client Management (preferred) 5+ years of experience in People Management (preferred) 2+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools (i.e. excel, Tableau) (preferred) 3+ years experience in strategic development (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
