Vice President, Strategic Accounts

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Vice President, Strategic Accounts will drive revenue and Gross Margin growth while managing a key enterprise portfolio and engaging with C-suite clients in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor Strategic Account Directors to achieve revenue and Gross Margin targets across all lines of business Manage a personal portfolio of key enterprise accounts while establishing Randstad as a strategic partner at the C-suite level Champion a culture of high performance by developing and retaining top talent within the account director team Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management or sales leadership within the staffing and workforce solutions industry 7+ years of people management experience with a proven track record in budget management and driving revenue results Demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets while managing C-suite client relationships Experience in establishing annual budgets and managing P&L goals across complex service lines
