CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Store Leadership & Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor your management team and crew members. Build an upbeat culture that keeps retention high. P&L & Financial Growth: Take ownership of store profitability. Control labor and COGS, manage inventory, and execute strategies to drive sales and check averages. Operational Excellence: Maintain top standards for food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction during peak lunch and dinner hours. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Proven Management Experience: 2–4+ years as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Assistant GM in a high-volume restaurant (Quick-Service / QSR strongly preferred). Financial Acumen: Demonstrated success controlling labor costs, managing COGS, and reading P&L statements. Leadership Drive: A hands‑on leader who coaches by example, handles peak rush hours with composure, and knows how to motivate a team. Certifications: ServSafe® Manager Certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire). Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand, walk, and lead on the sales floor during peak meal periods. Comfortable working in varying kitchen temperature ranges and handling common food allergens (nuts, dairy, etc.).
