Handle audits and correction matters. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience with ESOP transactions and ERISA plan asset rules preferred. Excellent academic credentials. Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in good standing.
