Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and improve service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering collaboration and resource sharing.

• Network with local, state, and federal agencies to advocate for our programs and explore new partnerships or funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and relevant community meetings.

• Promote and embody the agency’s mission, values, and clinical philosophy, ensuring the highest quality of care for clients.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to client success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing substance use challenges, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and other mental health issues. Your expertise will be vital in assisting clients to navigate their struggles and achieve their personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• Mandated possession of a Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Active and independent LMHC license.
