Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Shippenville Nursing and Rehab

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Shippenville Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients. Our therapy department is committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents, and we are seeking a dedicated and skilled PTA to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients
Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of weakness and develop strategies for improvement
Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities to promote patient recovery and independence
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Provide patient education and support to promote healthy lifestyles and independent living
