Field Support Representative, Customer Services

Visit client groups onsite across Ohio, providing in-person support to members navigating their Sidecar Health plans Serve as the go-to in-person resource for client groups after enrollment and during periods of higher need Partner with the Account Management team to build relationships with key contacts and HR departments at client groups Handle day-to-day member care remotely through calls, web chats, and emails Build genuine rapport with members so every interaction feels personal, not transactional Requirements Currently live in or near the greater Columbus, OH area Reliable personal transportation Comfort with travel up to 30% Strong communication skills Ability to work independently without a lot of oversight Proactive, solutions-first mindset Genuine empathy and people skills Flexible availability to meet members where and when they need you Bilingual is a plus Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members while providing in-person support for Sidecar Health plans.
