Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule Fri 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM Sat 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities across an educational campus environment. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with campus contacts and/or public responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and assist with checking credentials, visitor entry, and/or after-hours building access in accordance with site policies. Support daily campus operations by reporting maintenance concerns, security-related hazards, and/or policy violations while providing visible presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements Provide proof of high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
