Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Lubbock, Texas. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced, Level II trauma center. The role requires clinical expertise, the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license accepted), at least 1 year of experience as an ER nurse, certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience, community hospital experience, Level I or Level II trauma center experience, and travel experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The facility is a short-term acute care center with 379 beds, offering comprehensive stroke and trauma services. Candidates must commit to working three of the five designated holidays and follow scheduling and RTO procedures as specified. References covering the last three years are required, along with documentation of relevant certifications.
