Mechanical Engineer
Overview
- Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering team
- Lead complex HVAC and plumbing design projects across diverse sectors
- Client-facing role with strong emphasis on leadership and growth
Key Responsibilities
- Design HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial/institutional projects
- Manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and design staff
- Prepare construction documents, calculations, and technical reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable mechanical, energy, and plumbing codes
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients
- Support and drive business development , including proposal preparation and client engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license prefered
- Strong experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software
- Proven project management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 5+ years of experience required
