About the Role:
Elite Dermatology PLLC is looking for a polished and personable Medical and Cosmetic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and aesthetics, supporting both medical and cosmetic dermatology patients in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in medical and cosmetic dermatology patients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for both medical and aesthetic services
• Answer multi-line phone systems, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-pays, and process patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographics in the EMR system
• Coordinate cosmetic consultations and assist with retail product sales at the front desk
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and reflects the high standards of the practice

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical or cosmetic/aesthetic front desk or receptionist role preferred
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical scheduling software
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing basics
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a high-end aesthetic practice
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
