Site Supply Chain Director

We are representing a FORTUNE 500 globally recognized manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Site Supply Chain Director due to a recently announced retirement. Our client was recently named as a "TOP PLACES TO WORK" which is predicated industry leading benefits, compensation, and employee job satisfaction. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the General Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP!
POSITION OVERVIEW
Candidate will report to the Plant General Manager and have a strong working relationship with the NA Director of Production Control & Logistics Complete ownership (inclusive of budget) over the plant materials, production/inventory control, and planning function Provide direction and leadership consistent with company and department business plan goals Work closely with Plant General Manager to determine KPI's, and deliverables Candidate will have strong influence on demand and capacity planning Direct and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues Direct department process improvements and corrective actions Provide key input into the development of the department's strategic business plan and identify and track key measurables to support the department business plan goals Interface with customers and suppliers as appropriateREQUIREMENT
