Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
• Ability to work effectively in both in-person and remote (VOCO) formats.
• Familiarity with the IEP process and providing consultative and direct therapy services.
• Skilled in assessment and treatment planning for pediatric populations, particularly K-12 students.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Must adhere to the recommended direct to indirect service ratio (1 hr direct : 0.5 hr indirect) per DPI expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services, ensuring required minutes are met.
• Offer consultative support and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
