This position blends VOCO (virtual) and onsite work, serving a diverse student caseload with support from multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Experience or strong interest in working within a school-based setting
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive assessments and writing clear, actionable reports
• Comfortable managing a diverse K-12 caseload with various needs
• Experience or interest in teletherapy (VOCO) platforms is a plus
• Excellent collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork (OTs, SLPs, special educators, administrators)
• Familiarity with IEP development and participation in related meetings
• Ability to balance direct (1 hr) and indirect (0.5 hr) services per hour, as guided by DPI expectations

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop, monitor, and implement therapeutic interventions for student success
• Deliver direct therapy in accordance with IEP mandates and student goals
• Provide consultative services to staff and parents pursuing improved outcomes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights for holistic educational plans
• Maintain organized documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state/local requirements
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative culture among school-based professionals
