In this role, you’ll work part-time—just 3 to 5 hours each week—ensuring a manageable schedule that still allows for meaningful, one-on-one student interaction. You’ll be joining a dedicated group of educators and therapists, bringing your expertise to assessments, planning, direct therapy sessions, and consultative services. Active participation in IEP meetings and ongoing communication with faculty and families will be a key part of your contribution.

What we’re looking for:

• Licensed or certified Physical Therapist with experience in school-based settings
• Comfortable providing services both remotely (VOCO) and in-person as needed
• Demonstrated ability to work with K-12 populations, adapting approaches to meet varied developmental needs
• Strong assessment and documentation skills in alignment with DPI expectations (1 hour direct: 0.5 hour indirect)
• Collaborative mindset for working with multidisciplinary teams and participating in IEP meetings
• Effective communication with students, teachers, and families

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized assessments, direct therapy, and consultative physical therapy for a K-12 caseload
• Maintain compliance with school and governmental guidelines
• Participate in planning and review of IEPs and student progress
• Coordinate and consult with teachers and staff for integrated student support
• Accurately document all therapy activities, recommendations, and outcomes
