Constituent Service Representative / Caseworker

Congressman Ed Case is seeking a Constituent Service Representative / Caseworker for his district office in downtown Honolulu. This position serves as a liaison to federal, state, and local government agencies, assisting constituents with individual issues and ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for constituent inquiries and casework. Act as a liaison between constituents and federal, state, or local agencies. Manage multiple cases and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Conduct research, problem-solving, and follow-up on constituent concerns. Communicate effectively with constituents both verbally and in writing. Requirements: Strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
