Laboratory Technician (Wet Chemistry) - Eurofins Environment Testing - Lancaster, PA

Laboratory Technician I position supporting environmental testing operations through sample preparation, analysis, and general laboratory maintenance. Applicant should possess high school chemistry background and basic lab experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve samples from Sample Control and prepare for analysis via aliquoting, spiking, and concentration preparation
• Prepare reagents, set up liquid racks, and perform sonication and sample separation as needed
• Record analysis results, track samples, and maintain bench sheets and laboratory logbooks
• Wash laboratory glassware and stock supplies to maintain readiness for daily operations
• Clean work areas and assist other laboratory sections to support overall facility operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High school chemistry coursework and basic laboratory experience
• General knowledge of chemistry and/or general science
• Basic mathematical skills and problem-solving ability
• Authorization to work in United States indefinitely without sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading and writing
• Willingness to train offsite in Richmond, VA

Compensation: $18-21/hr
