DatamanUSA is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse for our direct client based in AZ. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner with excellent people skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

LPN LEVEL I:

*) Valid permanent Oklahoma LPN license approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing OR LPN license recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

LPN LEVEL II:

*) Valid permanent Oklahoma LPN license approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing plus 1 year of practical nursing experience, OR LPN license recognized by the eNLC plus 1 year of practical nursing experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

*) Complete the ODOC online training (16 modules) before reporting to the facility. Training time is not billable.

*) Documentation of completed training must be provided to the facility Nurse Manager.

*) Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift or day of the week.

*) Drug and alcohol testing is required.

*) Some positions may require job-related travel.

*) Staffing may be needed at additional ODOC facilities during the contract.

AVAILABLE LOCATIONS:

*) Assignments may include facilities in Holdenville, Hominy, Hinton, Helena, Lexington, Lawton, McLoud, and McAlester, with additional facilities potentially added during the contract.
