Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to create effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on best practices, continually monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with legal and professional standards.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and home exercise programs.
• Consult with healthcare teams, including physicians and other specialists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Manage departmental resources and support staff effectively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality physical therapy services.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote awareness and education of physical therapy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

Mindful Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
