Tax Attorney: M&A, Capital Markets & International Tax
Cooley LLP
Cooley LLP seeks a tax associate to join its tax practice in multiple offices. The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of tax experience, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and international transactions. An LLM is preferred but not required, and candidates can be based in Chicago, Colorado, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Santa Monica, or Washington, DC.
