Marketing Specialist

What You Will Be Doing You will join the marketing team as a key contributor responsible for managing and executing diverse marketing initiatives. In this role, you will partner with internal teams, external agencies, and sales to deliver high-quality campaigns, product launches, and creative assets. You will oversee project timelines, coordinate activities, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and strategic objectives. Additionally, you will develop compelling marketing content, support creative development, and monitor campaign performance for ongoing optimization. This position is a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives including campaigns, product launches, and trade shows. Develop and maintain project schedules, prioritize tasks, and track milestones to meet deadlines. Collaborate with marketing teams, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities. Create, write, and produce marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, and guides. Review and edit marketing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards. Oversee the development of creative assets in partnership with internal teams and vendors. Build and maintain relationships with marketing agencies and vendor partners. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, project delivery, and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Experience 3-6+ years of experience in marketing, marketing project management, or related fields. Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven experience with content development and copywriting for marketing purposes. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt swiftly to changing priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field. Experience with marketing tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet is preferred. Desired Skills & Experience Knowledge of the agricultural or ag-tech industry and seasonal marketing cycles. Experience supporting field sales teams and customer-facing marketing initiatives. Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and event planning. Additional design platform experience beyond Adobe Creative Suite.
