ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year in Tullahoma, TN. This opportunity offers the chance to provide direct and indirect special education services to students while working within a collaborative educational team.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time

• 37.5 Hours per Week

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: May 26, 2027

• 2026–2027 School Year

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active, valid Tennessee Educator License issued through TNCompass

• Eligible license tiers include:

  • Practitioner License: Initial 3-year standard or alternative/job-embedded pathway license

  • Professional License: Standard 6-year advanced license

• Candidate must hold at least one of the following applicable Tennessee Special Education endorsements:

  • Special Education Interventionist (K–8) – mild-to-moderate disabilities

  • Special Education Interventionist (6–12) – mild-to-moderate secondary education

  • Special Education Comprehensive (K–12) – severe, profound, or multiple complex disabilities

  • Special Education Early Childhood (Pre-K–3) – early intervention

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect special education services based on student needs

• Deliver services in accordance with students' IEPs

• Provide specialized instruction and support as outlined in service plans

• Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff

• Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation

• Support students in accessing the educational curriculum

• Participate in collaborative meetings and special education planning as required

• Provide support and services for approximately 23 students

• Not responsible for case management

• One student requires Braille support
