Key Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Special Education teaching license/certification with all necessary endorsements
• Proven experience developing IEPs, monitoring progress, and adapting instruction based on measurable data
• Skilled in delivering inclusive education and providing both pull-out and push-in services
• Strong collaboration skills to effectively partner with general education colleagues, administrators, and families
• Dedicated to fostering an environment where all students can succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs for students on your caseload
• Employ data-driven instructional practices to address diverse learning styles and needs
• Work closely with general education teachers to facilitate seamless inclusion and classroom experience
• Maintain comprehensive records, manage compliance documentation, and communicate regularly with families
• Provide differentiated instruction and utilize assistive technology as appropriate to maximize student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
