Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active Tennessee Special Education teaching license with all required endorsements
• Demonstrated expertise developing and implementing IEPs, including compliance and documentation
• Skilled in monitoring student progress and facilitating data-driven instruction
• Experience with inclusion and pull-out educational models
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Your Role Will Include:

• Designing and delivering individualized instructional plans for elementary students receiving special education services
• Creating, monitoring, and updating IEPs in collaboration with families and educational teams
• Using data to assess student progress, guide instruction, and support growth
• Providing both in-class (inclusion) and pull-out services as appropriate
• Participating in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with families
• Fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment and advocating for student needs
