Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Tennessee Special Education teaching license/certification, including all necessary endorsements
• Evidence of successful experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong background in progress monitoring and data-driven instructional practices
• Comfortable providing both inclusion and pull-out services in a collaborative setting
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with general education teachers and families to support student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction and interventions tailored to individual student needs within an elementary school caseload
• Develop, update, and track IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines, ensuring thorough documentation and timely progress reporting
• Utilize assessment data and best practices to inform instructional decisions and monitor student progress
• Collaborate proactively with educators, related service providers, and families to foster a team-based, supportive learning environment
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school events that enhance the school community and the learning experience of all students
