RCH is looking for long term team members who want to be an integral part of our growing business where each member has a direct contribution on the direction we take as a company.Tampa Bay, FLStaten Island, NYHouston, TXNew Orleans, LAResponsibilities:Setup and operate a variety of machines, tools, etc to produce materials for jobs, service or facilitiesFabricate and modifying materialUtilize machining knowledge and mechanical aptitude to assist in engineering, design and assemblyAny other duties required by the companyServiceMaintaining a high level of communication with the service supervisorResponsible for equipment/tooling and consumables for job and any items to complete the task(s) asked of themResponsible in helping keeping machinist area cleanProject management:Responsible for letting the service manager know if help is needed on projects to complete the repairs in the allotted timeInventory and recording:Responsible for making sure that all parts taken from inventory are written down and all paperwork is turned into the office coordinator and service supervisorResponsible for making sure all parts not used on the job are turned back into inventory control departmentQualificationsEducation1. High school or GED diplomaPractical experience1. TWIC card2. Valid driver's license3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a machinist4. Good communications skills5.
