Outside Sales Representative – Unlimited Commission Potential
\n \nSchaeffer Manufacturing Company – (Remote, 1099 Position)

\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Develop and manage accounts across manufacturing, equipment maintenance, trucking, construction, mining, food production, agriculture, and fleet operations. \n
- Provide technical solutions that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and lower operating costs. \n
- Represent a premium line of lubricants that outperform competitors and keep customers coming back with energy savings to back up those claims. \n
- Build a loyal customer base through consultative, relationship-based selling in your area. \n
Compensation
\n- \n
- Independent contractor role (1099) with no cap on earnings . \n
- Straight commission plus monthly and year-end performance bonuses . \n
- Top producers earn six figures or more by growing their customer base. \n
