Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active or pending SLP license for the state (NM)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with young children (18 months–6 years) preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver therapy to children ages 18 months to 6 years
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, documenting progress and maintaining compliance
• Consult with educators and families regarding strategies to support students’ speech and language development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that nurtures student growth and confidence
