Regional Sales Director

Seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director for a remote, full-time opportunity, responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of enterprise sellers to drive growth in strategic accounts while managing productivity metrics and fostering strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities Recruit and develop a world-class team of enterprise sellers, ensuring timely hiring and budget adherence Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation and account strategy execution across the region Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue through methodical deal inspection and maintain strong relationships with channel partners Required qualifications 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record in exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions 3+ years of experience leading sales teams focused on new business development Experience managing and closing complex enterprise deals valued at $200K+ and high-value transactions above $1M Strong understanding of consultative, value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Challenger Sale Proven ability to establish relationships with executive-level clients and partners
