Housing Stability Case Manager

The JOY FM is seeking a Case Manager to join the Housing team, focusing on intake, case management, and coordination of resources for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability. You will develop and monitor ITPs, coordinate referrals, maintain client records, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced shelter environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support client stability. #J-18808-Ljbffr The JOY FM
