Tryfacta is seeking a LPN/LVN General for our client in Lodi, CA. This is an 8-weeks contract assignment. Position Title: LPN/LVN General Location: Lodi, CA Duration: 8 weeks Work Schedule: 8 hrs Days. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct nursing care and support to patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the provider.
• Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document findings accurately.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with examinations and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic and Cerner EMR systems.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting daily clinic operations.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active California LPN/LVN License
• Epic & Cerner experience required
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN/LVN experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
