Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU

Registered Nurse – CVICU

Schedule: 36 hours per week with rotating day/night shifts. Up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period.

Assignment Details: Float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity. Rotating holidays are required.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Skills required: IV Start, Telemetry, Ventilators, Swanz, Conscious Sedation, Balloon Pumps, PA Lines
• EPIC experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in the cardiac intensive care unit
• Monitor and interpret patient conditions and vital signs
• Provide advanced life support and critical care interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment options
