To help build on this success, we at Weinstein Properties are looking to add a qualified Property Accountant to our team.

After training period this is a hybrid role - in office 2 days per week and remote 3 days per week (can go in to the office additional days if you want).

Responsibilities:

Reconciliation of Inventory

Review expenses on monthly financial statement for accuracy for assigned properties

Assist with other tasks in accounting department or special projects as needed

Qualifications:

· 2 or 4 year accounting degree

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent communication skills

· Excellent computer skills, proficient in excel

· Strong organizational skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented
