Benefits Coordinator With Payroll Focus Cambridge

Join a dynamic team as a Payroll and Advantages Coordinator, operating in a hybrid workplace. This essential role involves full-cycle payroll operations and handling employee benefits. As the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, you will be responsible for processing payroll for over 500 employees across various provinces. The role requires a keen eye for detail and independent working capability, as well as managing pension enrollments and disability claims. Contributing to year-end payroll responsibilities is also part of your position. Key Responsibilities Process payroll for 500+ hourly and salaried employees Serve as contact for pay and benefits inquiries Administer enrollments for benefits and pensions Handle disability claims efficiently Support year-end payroll and new platform rollout Requirements Minimum of 1 year in full-cycle payroll for 300+ employees Experience in a unionized payroll environment PCP designation or progress toward it Robust attention to detail and communication skills Knowledge of ADP, Ceridian, or Oracle is an asset Utilize your skills in payroll and perks management within this supportive hybrid work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elby Professional Recruitment
