HR Manager

Overview Location : All over India (Work from Home) Time : 4 PM-2 AM Experience Required: 2-3 yrs Were hiring an experienced and proactive HR Manager to help shape and scale our growing team. This is a key leadership role where youll manage the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and culture development. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance management. Coordinate payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Drive company culture initiatives and organize team-building activities. Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational development. What Were Looking For: 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
