UKG Pro WFM Consultant – Pay & AccrualsLocation: Fully Remote – USAPotential: Strong opportunity to transition to a permanent positionWe are currently partnering with a growing UKG consultancy to identify an experienced UKG Pro WFM Consultant for a long-term client engagement.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro WFM, with hands-on experience configuring Pay and Accruals. Experience working across US and Canadian environments is highly desirable, while candidates with global configuration experience will also be considered.The RoleYou will work closely with clients and internal teams to configure, optimise and support UKG Pro WFM solutions, with a particular focus on Pay and Accruals.You will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into effective UKG configurations, while providing guidance and expertise throughout the implementation and optimisation process.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support UKG Pro WFM, with a strong focus on Pay and AccrualsConfigure pay rules and pay-related functionality at a global levelSupport configuration across US and Canadian payroll environmentsAnalyse client requirements and translate them into UKG WFM configurationsTroubleshoot complex configuration and functional issuesWork with stakeholders to understand workforce management requirementsProvide recommendations and best-practice guidance around UKG Pro WFMSupport testing, implementation and system optimisationDocument configurations and provide knowledge transfer where requiredWork collaboratively with project teams, clients and other UKG consultantsKey RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFMPrevious experience working with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)Strong Pay and Accruals configuration experienceExperience configuring Pay RulesExperience configuring UKG WFM at a global level, or across multiple countriesStrong experience working with US and/or Canadian workforce environmentsAbility to translate business requirements into technical/functional UKG configurationsStrong client-facing and communication skillsComfortable working independently in a fully remote environmentDesirable ExperienceExperience with both Kronos WFC and UKG Pro WFMCanadian WFM/pay configuration experienceGlobal UKG WFM implementationsExperience working within a consultancy environmentExperience with complex Pay Rules, Accruals and workforce policiesUKG Pro WFM implementation or optimisation experienceWhat’s on Offer?Fully remote position – anywhere in the USAOpportunity to work on complex UKG Pro WFM projectsExposure to US, Canadian and potentially global environmentsLong-term career opportunity with a growing UKG-focused organisationOpportunity to work with experienced UKG professionals and clientsIf you are a UKG Pro WFM Consultant with strong Pay and Accruals experience and a background in Kronos WFC, I’d be keen to hear from you.Darwin Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.Luchian Van Der Merwe
