Take acknowledgements and verifications on oaths or affirmations. Witness or attest signatures. Certify or attest copies. Note protests of negotiable instruments. Arrange or book signings. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check. Notary Public certification. A Notary record book and Notary Ink stamp (rectangular) are required. Experience in notarizing loan documents. Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
